Family Social Fridays

Every Friday during the school terms in summer season, our Family Social Fridays offer organised social play for juniors from 5 – 7pm. Dinner is served for all from 6.30pm and included in the entry cost!

Parents and guests are also welcome to play socially in a relaxed format using the grass courts.

The Junior sessions include on court games and organised sets for juniors and their parents.

Parents are encouraged to attend – enjoy a hit if you are feeling energetic or settle in for a few social drinks at the club bar overlooking the courts on the verandah.

Conditions of the Membership

This Membership applies to Adult players (over 18 years of age).

The player must be NEW to Tennis, or a Social Tennis Player returning after an extended period of absence e.g. 10 years or so, depending on circumstances.

This membership is not available to players with previous Competition Tennis experience.

This membership is not available to players who have held Playing Membership at any club within the last 9 years.

The offer is limited to the first year of a Playing Membership at BGPTC.

Where the player joins part way through the membership year, as an incentive to continue membership, a pro-rata discount will apply for their membership fees at the completion of that year, for the period required to bring their membership in line with the Club’s Membership year (1 October – 30 September)

Pro-rata fees will be calculated on a monthly balance for every month or part thereof left to run.
